Roughly the proportions we’d use: most of the room in one colour, a third of it in the woodwork, and about a tenth of it brave.
These pairings are worked out from a photograph of the paper, so the printing, the lighting and your screen have all had a go at the colour before you see it. Treat them as a shortlist worth sampling, not a decision. Bring the paper and a sample pot together in the room, in daylight, before you commit.
